Our newly renovated, clubhouse will comfortably seat 175 guests and is equipped with a large kitchen for food preparation. It's a great place for weddings, reunions, or family celebrations and is available to rent by EHA members and non-members. The rental includes tables and chairs. Tablecloths and additional items are available for an additional fee. Rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This rate is only available for events personally hosted by members – e.g., a party for direct family member.  Deposit and rental fees are paid for by the member.
Member Sponsored, non-family rate
This rate is available for members to sponsor a non-family member hosting a party – member must be present at all times.  Deposit and rental fees may be paid by someone other than member

Alcohol Information

If you will serve alcohol, renters need to get a banquet license from the ABC.  Information about the license can be obtained online.
