We have a LONG, long way to go to achieve our 2024 Membership Goal.
The Edgehill Association is completely voluntary - membership is voluntary, participation is voluntary, board membership and leadership is voluntary. There are no covenants for home ownership you might find in "homeowners' associations." The Edgehill Association is completely dependent upon all residents to invest in the future of and to care about our neighborhood. The minimum contribution requested is only $100 annually (less than $9 per month) and there are so many benefits to each resident as a result.
Joining is easy. Joining the association is a great way to get to know your neighbors and to enjoy the community spirit. Join now!

Benefits - Active Membership (Community Supporter)
What's in it for me? Glad you asked .... The Edgehill Association is a voluntary homeowners' association. Here's what your $100 "active membership" gets you:
Access to the clubhouse at a deep discount (must have been a member for 1 year prior and year of rental)
Access to the clubhouse grounds - playground, picnic area, baseball and volleyball fields*
Access to neighborhood events, typical events include Family Game Night, Easter Egg Hunt and Party, New Year's Eve Party, Movie Night, Yoga, Membership dinners and events (ice cream socials, for example), and Bunco
Residents also have voting privileges on association issues and an opportunity to serve on the Edgehill Board
Those are the things that are directly available for you and your family.
What else does my $100 investment cover?
Maintenance of the Edgehill entrance
Maintenance of the Edgehill clubhouse
Maintenance of the Edgehill playground and grounds around the clubhouse
Clubhouse utilities and services - electricity, water, trash pickup, telephone
Insurance for the clubhouse and surrounding property
Subsidizes the neighborhood events - while a small amount is collected for most neighborhood events, it rarely covers the entire cost.
*The clubhouse and surrounding property, e.g., the playground, clubhouse are maintained and provided by your membership dollars and volunteer hours and only accessible to members who are keeping our property looking great!
