Ditches: VDOT can help with culvert cleaning, pothole patching, water drainage, guard rail replacement, bridge work, signs, traffic lights, animal, tree or trash removal. Edgehill roadside ditches are maintained by VDOT. If it is along the road, it is in the VDOT right-of-way (ROW) and it is their responsibility to maintain and repair.
